FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions
1. What happens during the initial assessment?
The first session includes a movement screen, training history review, goal clarification and a practical discussion about schedule and available equipment. We use that information to create a staged plan with clear short-term targets and an agreed check-in cadence.
2. Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
No — programs are designed to work with whatever you have: bodyweight, minimal home equipment, or full gym access. When specific equipment would speed progress, we suggest affordable options and alternatives so you never stall because of gear.
3. How often will I be in contact with my coach?
Contact frequency depends on your package: standard plans include weekly check-ins and a live session, while premium plans offer multiple weekly touchpoints and faster feedback on technique videos. All clients receive written session notes and actionable tasks between meetings.
4. Can you help with nutrition?
Yes — we provide pragmatic nutrition guidance focused on habits, portioning and meal structure that fit your lifestyle. Detailed macronutrient plans or one-to-one diet coaching are available as upgrades for those who want deeper support.
5. What if I have an injury or medical condition?
We modify all programs to respect medical constraints and coordinate with healthcare providers when necessary. If an injury is present, we prioritise safe movement patterns, gradual loading and rehabilitation-aware progressions, and refer clients to specialists when appropriate.
6. How do I measure progress and how often do we reassess?
Progress is tracked through simple metrics—strength benchmarks, performance measures, body composition trends and subjective recovery scores—reviewed every 4–8 weeks. Reassessments inform plan updates so the programme evolves with your capacity and goals.
